Fire closes I-80 Monday

The eastbound lane of Interstate 80 was closed for about two hours Monday afternoon as a result of a tractor-trailer fire. Shortly after noon, the Wyoming Department of Transportation announced the closure. The road was reopened 2 p.m. A phone call to the Wyoming Highway Patrol seeking more information was not returned by deadline.
