It is with great pleasure I am sending you the first track results of the 2016 season! Once again spring has come quickly and we have been working hard since early March and have been eager to show off our talents. Last week's meet in Kimball, Neb. was cancelled due to weather, but this past Saturday in Bayard, Neb, it was generally a nice day. What a beautiful day to run. Seventy-three degrees is much more enjoyable than 97 degrees, like last week in Gering. Our athletes times showed that difference too. Almost every athlete had a personal best! It also pays off that we are in week five of the season and the miles are getting easier and easier to manage.
