Wyatt Ebben, a freshman at Burns High School, did Wyoming and his school proud by taking a first place in the Chadron State College Scholastic competition April 7 in Nebraska. In a seven to one vote the Laramie County School District No. 2 Board of Trustees approved the school boundaries that were proposed and debated these past two months. Last Friday crews tasked with the work of removing dying trees in Pine Bluffs and planting new ones as part of the town's reforestation project unearthed a time capsule in Reher Park. Competing in their fifth Wyoming Science Olympiad (WYSO), Burns Junior High students won their first trophy, taking home third place, in Division B.
