    The Pine Bluffs Mud Volleyball tournament, traditionally held the Sunday of Trail Days weekend was a rousing success.     Brooke Howard, a 2016 graduate of Burns High School, recently received a $1,000 Built Ford Tough scholarship from the National FFA Organization. The scholarship is sponsored by Spradley Barr Motors as a special project of the National FFA Foundation. Howard was the Vice President of the Burns FFA during the 2015-2016 school year.
