Fifteen students signed on the dotted line to continue their education at Laramie County Community College. LCCC was started in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1968. The beautiful dancers were excited to share Cinco de Mayo with the Carpenter Elementary School. All afternoon the staff helped teach about the celebration of Cinco de Mayo.
