    Having lost to Southeast the week before at Regionals, the Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets entered the state tournament as a number two seed and with strong determination.     Capping off what has been a hard-fought season, the Burns Lady Broncs entered the State tournament as a number four seed in Casper last Thursday. The girls kicked off their tournament play against number one seed Wyoming Indian at Casper College at 9 a.m. Wyoming Indian jumped out to a fast lead in the first quarter with 14 points.     After sweeping through the regional tournament in Cheyenne last weekend, the Pine Bluffs Hornets have punched their ticket to the State tournament in Casper this weekend as a number one seed. The Hornets will kickoff the tournament against number 4 seed Big Piney at 9 p.m. on Thursday, at Casper College. The Hornets began their Regional play with a win against Sundance, 74-37.     The Burns Broncs kicked off their Regional tournament play in Cheyenne with a loss to Big Horn, 77-41. Big Horn came out strong against the Broncs in the first quarter. Burns was able to rally in the second quarter to get within striking distance of the Rams.
