    Water rates are going to rise, minimally, as well as the town is drilling a new well. These were some of the items discussed at Monday, February 14, town council meeting. The town of Pine Bluffs which has not raised their water rates since 2014, has felt the pressure of costs concerning wells, main line breakage and other cost items. Each year entries into the contest are judged by neighboring states. This is open to all the newspapers in the state of Wyoming. The Laramie County Community Christmas program, which raises funds for grocery cards given out to many rural individuals and those in the larger cities.
