Early Saturday morning before 7:00 a.m. runners and walkers gathered at the starting point for their event. Runners consisted of forty-four individuals looking to run the distance of three miles, while nine walkers walked a distance of one mile. Taking a stroll down memory lane takes on a whole new meaning when visiting the Texas Trail Museum. Opening day for the summer season of 2020 started on July 1st. According to museum curator Mary Chowns, "The opening was soft, following health precautions with limited travelers. The second weekend of the "Top Gun" bowling tournament was a handicap event at the Pine Bowl in Pine Bluffs.. Bowlers traveled from all over the tri-state area to compete in the Top Gun Handicap Tournament on March 7th and 8th..
