Beginning Monday, April 13, residents of Pine Bluffs will have to deal with a lot of noise, and detoured traffic on Interstate 80. The noise will be caused by demolition of the Beech Street overpass, beginning at 9 p.m. According to WyDOT Resident Engineer, Tim Morton, the demolition and clean-up are scheduled to last for at least two days, and from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. only uniformed first responders will be able to pass through the barriers for emergency situations in the Beech Street area south...

In a short meeting, the Pine Bluffs Town Council made short work of the town's business, which included announcing the date for Town Clean-up Day. Jerry Lamb said June 8 has been set aside for the clean-up day, and said that items like scrap iron would be picked up by the town a day or two before. The Pine Bluffs Town Council approved Resolution 2015-03 at Monday night’s meeting, which allows for the funding of the Main Street Lighting project. The Laramie County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene of a one-vehicle auto accident early Sunday morning, which resulted in one fatality, on Highway 212, three miles west of Pine Bluffs.
