4 days remain for absentee voting in LCCC bond election Twenty-two days remain for voters who wish vote by absentee ballot in the LCCC Bond Election, according to the Laramie County Clerk’s office. The Clerk’s office reported that as of Oct. 14, the election office had sent out more than 700 absentee ballots.
