    The food is in boxes and ready to go at the Burns food pantry open every Wednesday. It all started about two years ago when Needs Inc. based in Cheyenne called the Shepherd's Closet to see if people needed food. The Shephard's Closet is a place in Burns, Wyoming located at the town hall where donations of household goods and clothes can be obtained by people in need. Nusbaum started out as a para in 1993. She shared the job with Jen McMahon for two years at Pine Bluffs Elementary. She then received a teaching job at Grover Elementary in Grover, Colorado.
