Albin started out with only one Emergency Medical Technician. Today, Albin has a director and a crew of 10 members. Allison Brennemann is the new Director of Albin since July 2021. She has been working on updating the service and encouraging more local people to sign up to be an EMT in the area. Three Chadron State College sophomores will be competing at the NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships at Allendale, Mich., this weekend. They are hammer throwers Shane Collins of Bison, S.D., and Daniel Reynolds of Granby, Colo., and high jumper Jourdaine Cerenil of Pine Bluffs, Wyo. Recreation fees and several ordinances being approved. The Pine Bluffs Town Council met on May 9th at 7 p.m. First was the approval of the new fees for the recreation department. There was a discussion of some of the fees being raised to include the swimming pool fees this year. The pool is free except for pool parties and swimming lessons. Fun hats and fancy outfits along with happy-go-luck fun loving dogs were at the Fourth Annual Corgi Derby races on May 7th at Pine Bluffs Distilling in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming.
