    Instruments were tuning and voices were warming up on March 24th at the Pine Bluffs Historic high School in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Carpenter, Burns, Albin, and Pine Bluffs 5th and 6th grades had come together for a musical contest. This competition is an individual achievement.
