    Wednesday morning saw a big crash at mile marker 401 on Interstate 80 at 7:35 a.m. It was a very windy day. So the possibility of accidents was high for the day. Laramie County Fire District #5 was just finishing cleaning up an accident before the second accident occurred. This accident consisted of a cattle hauler that had been laid over.
