Every quarter a student foam both high schools, Burns and Pine Bluffs get rewarded for their hard work. The Lions Clubs of Burns and Pine Bluffs like to encourage students to be successful. Sheriff Brian Kozak and the staff of the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office conducted a facility wide shakedown of the Laramie County Detention Center on October 11th, 2023. Our deputies worked together with law enforcement from the Platte County Sheriff’s Office, Wyoming Highway Patrol and Wyoming Department of Corrections to search for contraband within the jail.
