    The Wyoming High School Activities Association recently announced All-State and All-Conference football selections as chosen by Wyoming high school football coaches.     Those that know of a family or individual in need or find themselves in need may apply for a basket from the Laramie County Community Christmas food basket program. According to Pine Bluffs program director Alisha Michaud, individuals can fill out the forms at the Pine Bluffs Town Hall and forms will be accepted until Dec. 8. Anyone can apply for a basket, but there is a limit to one per household.     The Blessed Hope Baptist Church of Burns will hold its annual community Thanksgiving Meal in conjunction with the Rural Christmas Craft Show Nov. 19 at the Burns Plex, located on Main Street in Burns.
