    The Pawnee Coyotes experienced two losses Thursday and Friday, despite a good effort and hard work, said Coach Tim Brunelle. "We played hard, but just didn't make shots," Brunelle said of Friday's game against Weldon Valley. The Coyotes lost the game 61-41.     The Pawnee Coyotes faced off against two opponents this weekend, losing to Prairie Friday night, and losing to Shining Mountain Saturday.   • Blood draw comes to Burns, Carpenter

    Two Wyoming Health Fair Blood Draws will take place in Carpenter and Burns later this month. The first blood draw will take place 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Feb. 13 at the Carpenter Elementary School Library. The other will be held 7 a.m.-9 a.m.Feb. 20 at the Burns High School. Laramie County School District 2 Nurse Pam Shults, who organized the blood draws, said low-cost tests will be available to anyone who participates in the blood draws. But success comes in many different forms, winning as well as gaining experience and playing through the losses.     Pine Bluffs resident Becky Tekansik was one of 15 Wyoming producers and agribusiness men and women were chosen from around the state to participate in the Wyoming Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program’s Class 13.     Magpul, a firearm accessories manufacturer, announced Jan. 2 it will be relocating its manufacturing, distribution and shipping operations to Cheyenne.     A wreck involving three vehicles resulted in the death of the driver of a pickup truck and left another badly injured in Weld County, Colo.     The Pine Bluffs Police Department would like to remind residents not to give personal or credit card information out during the holidays. Chief of Police Don Taylor said there is always an influx of scammers this holiday season. “This time of year it always gets worse,” Taylor said.
