    Cheyenne Matthews receives a trophy taller than she is at the 2013 TSDR Motocross Awards Banquet held in Mitchell, NE Oct. 26. Even though the 2013 TSDR Motocross season brought a couple of bad injury wrecks to the Pine Bluffs teenager, she still battled on to a 12 point victory in the Championship Series.   • 2 cases of Equine Herpes Virus found in northwestern Wyoming

    Wyoming Livestock Board staff veterinarians have announced that two cases of the neurologic form of Equine Herpes Virus Type 1 (EHV-1) have recently been discovered in northwestern Wyoming. One of them occurred in Teton County, the other in Park County. A total of seven horses were affected by the disease, one of which had to be euthanized.     Selma was born October 9, 1930 in Meriden, Wyo. to Ray and Hilma Burkholder. She graduated from Albin High School in 1952.
