    Twenty-seven teams participated in the 21st Annual Trail Days Coed Mud Volleyball Tournament The first place team members all received a Coed Mud Volleyball Champion T-shirt for their victory. In first was the All in the Family team from Pine Bluffs. In second were the Mud Diggers, also from Pine Bluffs. Team Ramrod from Cheyenne/Johnstown placed third.     The Pine Bluffs Trail Days horseshoe tournament had a big turn out of 28 players. There was a blind draw of partners teams.     U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) spent the 4th of July weekend visiting with Wyoming National Guard troops serving in Bahrain. Barrasso visited with members of the 133rd Engineering Company, a unit based out of Laramie, that is stationed at Isa Air Base in Bahrain. There are currently over 160 Wyoming Army National Guard soldiers deployed in Bahrain.     Dorothy Mae “Dode” Zitek will be celebrating her 80th birthday on Wednesday, July 24. Dorothy was born the daughter of Floyd and Lydia Sharrah on a ranch in Nebraska. A couple of years later she helped to welcome her sister, Clara, to the family. In 1951, the family moved to the Hereford, Colo., area.     The Pine Bluffs Heritage Society presented a certificate of recognition to The Graves and Harms families for their work in preserving the history of Pine Bluffs by renovating a significant historic residence in Pine Bluffs.
