A hailstorm Sunday left area farmers with 100 percent crop losses, others unscathed. "In the Egbert area and south, it's 100 percent crop loss," Derek Walls with Frenchman Valley CoOp said, adding, "That was wheat ready to be cut. "It's rough for a lot of people. The project includes the options of relocating the Main Street railroad crossing and zoning the area to accommodate potential neighborhoods and businesses. The case involving an Albin man who is facing felony drug charges and a federal investigation made its way to 1st Judicial District Court in Cheyenne Monday. Hector Jasset Reza Colmenerno, 22, appeared in Laramie County Circuit Court Friday. After years of planning, the Wyoming Malting Company facility in Pine Bluffs is about to become a reality. Groundbreaking for the event, located on the north end of Beech Street in Pine Bluffs, is set for Friday, July 1 at 3 p.m. The $3.4 million facility is being funded through a loan from the Wyoming Business Council. Members of the Burns Utility Board discussed and approved an update to a sewer line Monday. The project will cost the town $210,000.
