What should come as no surprise to anyone, the main topic of the evening was the COVID-19 virus.     Thomas L. Morgan, 83, of Pine Bluffs passed away March 17, 2020 in the Cheyenne VA hospital. He was born January 16, 1937 in Commerce, Texas to Thomas Morgan and Gertrude V. Hilliard.     In the regular session of the Burns town council last Monday the council unanimously agreed to implement a 100 dollar charge for those seeking treatment from EMS workers, but do not require transport.     LARAMIE – Consumer warnings have been issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about online scams that prey upon the fears of CORVID-19, the strain of coronavirus causing deaths in the U.S. and around the world, according Laura Baker, director and founder of CyberWyoming. “These scammers seek ways to get into your bank accounts, access your credit cards and steal your identity,” Baker said.     The new Dollar General held their grand opening here in Pine Bluffs on March 7, 2020. The first person in the store was able to cut the ribbon for the celebration.
