    It was business as usual at the Pine Bluffs Town Council. Mayor Alan Curtis welcomed all present and started the meeting off with the pledge of allegiance. The agenda was presented, and approved.     Worland, WY - RT Communications will invest $1 million in 2019 to continue further build out of our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network in Pine Bluffs.     Bowlers from all over the tri-state area competed in two tournaments at the Pine Bowl. The first tournament was the Top Gun Handicap which took place on March 9th and 10th. The Top Gun Handicap had 62 bowlers competing for the top honors. On the first day, Saturday, bowlers were eliminated until they were down to 12 bowlers.
