  • USDA recalls meat in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming

    The US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced on April 12th that the Denver Processing LLC in Denver, CO is recalling approximately 13,865 pounds of raw pork and beef that was produced without federal inspection. The FSIS has determined that no adverse affects have been reported at this time, but those consumers that have purchased the meat in question are instructed to either throw away the affected meat or return it to wherever it was purchased.
