  • Lady Hornets Show in three different Events

    The Lady Hornets competed in the Best in the West Track and Field meet last Tuesday. The event was held at Bearcat Stadium in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The event features top athletes from the western conference of Nebraska and several teams from the southeastern side of Wyoming. Three of the Lady Hornets were able to hit the top ten positions with Jessica Hoffman able to break the top three with her third-place finish.     One night of the school year is one of the biggest events for elegance, glamor, and to cut loose. Prom is about having the last big party before graduation.     Prom was started in the late 1920's. It was a casual and inclusive event for teenagers in high schools. At Pine Bluffs High School, it has changed with time much as with other historic events through time. Years ago prom was only for junior and senior students along with their dates.
