    Pine Bluffs council meeting on Monday night was a packed room needing more chairs brought in. Listing on the agenda right after the start of the meeting and agenda approval was the Mayoral Scholarships and the Thomas E. Mohren Memorial Scholarship.     There are two events in Albin that the Albin council discussed at the the May meeting. Before the council meeting was the liquor license hearing. No one was at the hearing except the council.     Jose Levario, age 70, passed away in a tragic accident, near his home north of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. He was born February 16, 1954 in Mexico. Jose had worked in Texas and Colorado before arriving in Wyoming in 1990. He worked for the pig farm in Albin, Wyoming. He also worked for Memo Serrano in his fencing business and Margarito Gomez in his concrete business. He worked on the farm of Jack and Jeannie Hockersmith and for elderly residents in Pine Bluffs.     Troops of Boy Scouts will be descending on Kimball, Nebraska for the 2024 Frontier District Invitational Spring Camporee on May 17th through May 19th.     The Broncs track and field team is riding high as they head into Regionals. The team has won four meets over the season and has some great athletes who have been dominating their sports.     The Lady Broncs took to the road and headed north to Sundance to compete in the Wyoming 1A-2A East Regional track meet. The Lady Broncs did well as a team finishing fourth in the meet. Four of the Lady Broncs managed to finish in the top three while as a team they had 28 top-10 finishes. Some of the athletes saved their best for last and set new personal records in the meet.     The Pine Bluffs Hornets boy's track and field team had a tough time at regionals. The team managed an eighth place finish and only had two athletes that finished in the top three positions.
