    Pine Bluffs Town Council members on Monday passed a resolution paving the way to relocate the Main Street railroad crossing. The council briefly discussed the resolution at their meeting earlier this month, but did not take any formal action. Monday’s resolution begins the process of relocating the crossing from North Main Street to Butler Street in Pine Bluffs.     Governor Matt Mead and other dignitaries will be in Pine Bluffs next week to dedicate the recently installed “America the Beautiful Mural.” The mural was installed last week after years of work from Pine Bluffs resident Larry Silvey. Located at 211 Main Street in Pine Bluffs, the mural was just the latest piece of artwork honoring veterans to be added to the Pine Bluffs Veterans Memorial Plaza.     Maddie Fornstrom capped off a stellar sophomore campaign with all-state honors in the pole vault at the Wyoming High School state track and field meet held in Casper over the weekend.     The Burns Lady Broncs finished their 2018 track and field season with a fifth-place finish at the state meet in Casper held over the weekend. Malli O’Neal took fourth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.43. Sophomore Piper Perez was sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:30.18.     The Burns Broncs earned 15th at the Wyoming High School state track and field meet in Casper over the weekend. Results follow: Wyatt Ebben took home eighth place in the 3200-meter run with a time of 11:19.30 Aiden Carroll finished eighth in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.07. The 4X800-meter relay team of Jack Ickes, Kaden Lakin, Daniel Childers and Wyatt Ebben finished fifth at 8:52.78. In field events, Tyler Norris and Boe Clayson finished fifth and sixth.
