I've had the honor and pleasure of knowing Lt. Don Hollingshead of the Laramie County Sheriff's Department for about the last four years or so. But what I didn't know until just a couple of years ago was that he and his wife, Sue, are avid gardeners. I had an opportunity to speak with Don after one of our radio shows last year about his gardening and the greenhouse he had built in 2016. He had posted his progress on Facebook and I was enthralled by what he was doing. What I really wanted was a...

From Coach Lee: I am very proud of how all the track athletes finished up the year this season. Most athletes performed one of their best marks for the year in all events they participated in either at Regionals or State. I cannot ask for much more than that as a track coach. The boys unfortunately didn't make it in the trophy hunt like we had hoped. We knew if everyone performed at their best or above it we would have a great shot at a top 4 place, but we had a couple missteps at the state...
Haven't bowled that perfect 300 game yet? Never fear the Pine Bowl is getting a new floor! Owners Jim and Kate Zitek have decided to replace the half inch overlay that covers the wood lanes that were built in 1963. Having owned the bowling alley for the last 40 years this is the second time that the Zitek's have replaced the overlay, the first being in 2002. Known for great food, drinks, and a good game of bowling the alley is a good choice for a drink and a game. On hand for the project was...
