    Cheryl O'Brien has a passion for history. She and her husband travel all over Wyoming in a search for information about the World War II POW camps that were here in our great state. Pine Bluffs was home to one of those branch camps. Pine Bluffs POW camp opened in 1943, and was one of the earliest camps to open in the states.     For the second year in a row the Texas Trail Museum hosted the Friendship Force. A group of twenty people came to visit our museum, learn a little about our history, and enjoy the feeling of small town Wyoming. Of the twenty visitors all but two were from Connecticut. The other two were from Cheyenne and Florida. The force stayed for almost two hours and walked all over the property.     CHEYENNE, Wyo.—The Wyoming Army National Guard will officially cut the ribbon opening its new Laramie Readiness Center at 11 a.m. on June 14, the U.S. Army’s 244th birthday. It is located near the Laramie airport at 4750 State Highway 130.
