The Francis E. Warren Air Force Base has been part of the Wyoming landscape since 1867, and continues to serve to this day. Dr. Kremke is a transplant from a town slightly smaller than Pine called Hooper, Nebraska. With a population of 850 people, Kremke is used to the small town life. A film crew from CBS Sports was at the Kimball Health Services Pine Bluffs Health Clinic Tuesday to capture the reuniting of professional bull rider Chase Outlaw and Dr. William Wyatt. In 2018, Dr. Wyatt led a team to put Chase back together after taking a blow to his face during a bull ride at Cheyenne Frontier Days.
