    A Laramie County Circuit Court judge was privately censured last week for unspecified reasons. According to a press release from the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics, Circuit Court Judge Antoinette Healy was ordered to pay $15,990.28 for legal fees incurred by the commission. She will also have to attend a class at the National Judicial College or another suitable organization at her own expense. The Lawrence Anderson Memorial Pine Bluffs Pie Social is set to kick off at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.     A coalition of community organizations and businesses is working to ensure low-income students start the school year prepared and ready to learn. Volunteers are seeking school supply donations for the 28th annual Operation Back to School (OBTS) supply drive for students throughout Laramie County.
