Pine Bluffs High School's Hunter Thompson was recently named Laramie County Male Prep Athlete of the Year by WyoSports.com. Pine Bluffs Track and Field head coach Dustin Lee was selected by the Wyoming Coaches Association as their 2016 2A Track and Field Coach of the Year. A pair of local bowlers came back with state titles from the Wyoming Mens State Bowling Championship held in Lander, Wyo. It's been called "The Biggest Little Rodeo in the West" for decades, but the annual Earl Anderson Memorial Rodeo last weekend in Grover, Colo. lived up to some big-time fun. After the huge hail storm last July I was pretty disgusted by the time we finally had the roof replaced and the house re-painted so I let all of the yard work damage sit all winter long. One of the great attributes of a no till farming system is the ability this type of crop production system provides to manage water. Pine Bluffs officials are moving forward, but they want to ensure that daycare is always a readily available service for town residents.
