He operated Albin Repair with his brother, Roger and farmed his dryland acreage northeast of town.     Voters can preview sample ballots for Aug. 16 Primary Election on the County Clerk’s website using their computers, tablets or smartphones.     CHEYENNE: Primary Election Day is August 16, but voters may cast their ballots early beginning Friday, July 1, when the Laramie County Clerk opens the polling place in the atrium of the county building at 309 W. 20th Street in Cheyenne. Clerk Debra Lee said the atrium polling site will be open to voters from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, from July 1 through August 15, with the exception of county holidays.     A Burns High School student placed fifth at the state High School rodeo competition. Colby Smith from Burns rode at the Wyoming State finals in Buffalo, Wyoming.     According to information provided by the Bureau of Reclamation, the annual Guernsey Reservoir silt run will begin the evening of July 5 and the boat ramps are expected to no longer be useable by July 9.
