    Pine Bluffs’ 70th annual Trail Days celebration may officially be limited to three days this year, but there’s enough going on to keep anybody busy through the weekend.     Taking a stroll down memory lane takes on a whole new meaning when visiting the Texas Trail Museum. Opening day for the summer season of 2020 started on July 1st. According to museum curator Mary Chowns, "The opening was soft, following health precautions with limited travelers.     CHEYENNE—More than 25 percent of Laramie County’s 35,572 registered voters have requested an absentee ballot for the August 18 Primary Election. Since the start of absentee voting on July 2, the Clerk’s office has mailed nearly 9300 ballots to voters who requested them and requests are still coming in. Voters have until the day before the Primary to request a mail ballot.
