Relaxation. Rejuvenation. Restoration. That's exactly what Linda and I did this weekend. I had a topic all ready for this week, but after our little jaunt around southeast Wyoming and down into Colorado, I changed my mind. Harvest is about to come full force and before it does, it was time to take a break. So, no gardening this week. Only a recap of our trip and some of the neat things we did and saw. Our original plan was to spend the weekend in Centennial at the Old Corral Steakhouse and...

The first score came off an Isaiah Montanes 10-yard run. Not long after that, Donte Jacobsen threw a strike to Andrew Fornstrom for a 20-yard touchdown reception. But perhaps the most dramatic score of the first quarter came at the hands of the Pine...

They only needed two win two...
The Pine Bluffs-Burns cross country team continued its season last week in Kimball with several strong finishes from both the boys and the girls squads. Unfortunately, a few runners missed the meet due to illness, said coach Ashley Rousseau. “Cold and flu season sweeps through most team sport,” Rousseau said. “We are still knocking down our times each week.” Following the addition of a weight training program, the boys team has shown a great deal of improvement, said Rousseau. “These boys are proving that with strength comes faster times,” R...
