    Laramie County voters may cast their General Election ballots early Tues., Oct. 8, through Mon., Nov. 4 in the atrium of the Laramie County Governmental Complex at 309 W. 20th Street in Cheyenne. Voters have fewer days to vote in advance of the election this year because a new law reduced the number of early voting days from 45 to 28.     The Pine Bluffs Roping Club held another team roping competition last Friday evening. Although there were only 15 ropers the competition was fierce, and ropes were swinging.     The Lady Hornets are on the winning path to another showing at the state tournament. The Lady Hornets have won their seventh game in a row with a 2-3 win over the Mitchell Lady Tigers.
