There were over 1,000 kids throughout of state of Wyoming participating at half time at the Wyoming Football home game.     There are some concerns about trees in town. The Burns Town Council met on September 26th at 5:30 p.m. For new business The Hughes Therapy lease is being renewed and they will be leasing another room. They business is doing good and the Hughes’ would like to add on. Hughes will be painting the new room. The council approved.     The skies were filled with flying objects, all of the identified. The sixth annual Kite Festival was up on the bluffs of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Kites were invented in Asia around 9500-9000 B.C. This venture is for awareness of Veterans with mental issues and suicide prevention.     The kids were gathered on the lawn at the Crossroads Community Church in Pine Bluffs on Sept. 7th at 6:00 p.m. where the youth group had their first fall meeting. The Crossroads board members served hamburgers, beans, and chips. Then for dessert the kids were treated to brownies and ice cream.     The motorcycles were lined up at the Knotty Pine Saloon. Every year they honor their fellow firefighters lost on 9/11. The Red Knights have 38 members who work as firefighters, linemen and other jobs. This year they started out in Kimball, Nebraska with 50 riders. At the end, they had up to 62 riders.     The Burns Broncs varsity football team is on a winning roll winning their second game in a row against the Upton/Sundance Patriots.
