    On Tuesday, October 15th, Larry Williams returned to Pine Bluffs to give a wonderful piece of history back to Pine Bluffs. Williams, who used to live in Pine Bluffs, had purchased Doc Morris's building back in 1982. With much construction and renovations - a new roof and inside remodeling, he turned it into his barbershop. The barbershop was up and running for eight years.     The residents of Burns have been concerned about the Burns Youth league. On the agenda for the night was more discussion about the Burns Youth League and different parts of the town. The Burns Town Council meet on October 14th. For public comment Trevor Madler had some concerns about the gravel on the south side of the north building.     On the agenda for the evening was the Mobile Home /RV Park and the heaters at the community center. The Albin council meet on October 10th. The ambulance report was given by Zane Willert. There was a donation received in the memory of Bob Moore. The town of Albin, the Albin Ambulance crew and the board would like to thank the family for the donation.     To go to college or to not go to college, that is the question. The University of Wyoming has a summer High School Institute camp for Juniors that has been going on for 40 years. The students apply on line. Two Pine Bluffs High school Juniors attended the three weeks long camp this past summer. Work on the Prairie View Subdivision kicked off with a ground breaking ceremony on September 19th.     Turnout on day one of early voting in Laramie County set a record yesterday as 754 voters cast ballots ahead of the November General Election. According to Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, the previous record, set in 2020, was 313. Early voting continues in the atrium of the Laramie County Governmental Complex, 309 W. 20th St., through Nov. 4. The early voting polling place is open weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for county holidays. There will be no early voting on Monday, Oct. 14, because of Columbus Day.     Wyoming News Now has named Carsten Freeburg as the Prep Athlete of the Week for the week of October 7th. Freeburg and the Hornets hosted the number three team in the 1A 9-man conference and dominated the game. The Hornets won the game 15-51. Carsten had the best game of his season throwing for 320 yards and four touchdowns. Freeburg also had 44 yards running and scored two touchdowns on the ground.
