    Time waits for no man. However, it was pretty nice having time rewind an hour Saturday night. What did you do with your extra hour? Maybe you did a little yard work or cast a line in the water.   • Pine Bluffs day care rates on the rise

    In a unanimous vote Monday night, Pine Bluffs Town Council voted to approve a resolution for a rate increase for the Pine Bluffs Day Care Center. The effective date of the increase is January 1, 2016. “With the changes proposed, if our enrollment stays as it did during the month of September, it would bring in approximately $17,000 more per year in added revenues,” said Pine Bluffs Treasurer Kimberly Patterson.   • USDA provides funding for renewable energy efficiency projects

    Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced that USDA is awarding loans and grants that will help more than 1,100 rural small businesses and agricultural producers reduce energy usage and costs in their operations. The funding is for energy efficiency improvements and/or renewable energy systems.
