Veterans are important in the town of Pine Bluffs. The Pine Bluffs Branch Library loves to honor the local residents that are veterans. The library always tries to support each event. We have a very young team this year with freshmen accounting for over half of it. We had a rocky start at the Western Wyoming Community College event in Rock Springs, but we made great strides and finished in the middle of the pack at the recent LCCC meet in Cheyenne. As far as small schools go, we are definitely hanging in there with the best of them. I'm also very optimistic about the future of the team. They are young, but I can tell they will be real contenders here in a couple of years....

It is always great to see the students turn into young ladies and young gentlemen a few times a year. Instead of a homecoming dance the student council decided to have an informal dance at a later date. At this dance the girls were supposed to ask the boys to the dance. Rawlins, Wyo. – Due to a technical issue with our ePlanning site, today the Bureau of Land Management restarted the 30-day public comment period for the proposed Tallgrass Southeast CO2 Sequestration Project.
