    On Tuesday, October 15th, Larry Williams returned to Pine Bluffs to give a wonderful piece of history back to Pine Bluffs. Williams, who used to live in Pine Bluffs, had purchased Doc Morris's building back in 1982. With much construction and renovations - a new roof and inside remodeling, he turned it into his barbershop. The barbershop was up and running for eight years. There was a donation received in the memory of Bob Moore. The town of Albin, the Albin Ambulance crew and the board would like to thank the family for the donation.     To go to college or to not go to college, that is the question. The University of Wyoming has a summer High School Institute camp for Juniors that has been going on for 40 years. The students apply on line. Two Pine Bluffs High school Juniors attended the three weeks long camp this past summer.     Turnout on day one of early voting in Laramie County set a record yesterday as 754 voters cast ballots ahead of the November General Election. According to Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee, the previous record, set in 2020, was 313. Early voting continues in the atrium of the Laramie County Governmental Complex, 309 W. 20th St., through Nov. 4.
