    A neighborhood night out is coming to Burns for people to engage with the Laramie County Sheriff's department as part of the event.     The cars were racing to the stop point and the people were lining up by the tracks in Albin, Wyoming to see the steam engine, Big Boy No. 4014 on it's first stop during its yearly trip. The reason for the change was to increase bicycle riders coming to the event.
