    CHEYENNE, Wyoming – Laramie County Community College will host its spring commencement ceremonies at 10 a.m. May 13 at Storey Gym in Cheyenne.     The Sunset development is on hold and leases were approved, at the Burns Town council meeting on May 8th at 6:30 p.m. It started late due to the Utility board meeting being longer than normal. Larry Gallagher from Summit Engineering announced that Sunset development is on hold. His client was concerned about the cost of building material.     The council in Burns is looking at buying new equipment for the town. The Burns Town council met April 24th at 5:30 p.m. This was a short meeting for the month with less discussion than normal.
