    Monday night’s meeting of the Laramie County School District 2 Board of Trustees seemed to center around the recent termination of Dustin Seger, principal at Carpenter Elementary School.     It is the holiday season again, and that means that many families will go without presents under their Christmas trees. The Pine Bluffs Junior/Senior High School Student Council has decided that this cannot happen in our small community. The Student Council is therefore organizing a collection called Buddy Bucks. This program raises money from Thanksgiving through Dec.12 to fund Christmases for families in our community. Last year, our students were able to raise $1,900 in one week.
