Carl Enoch Seth who passed away April 30, 2015, was born in Pine Bluffs to Carl Enoch Seth, Sr. and Iwanna Seth (nee Colbert) on February 28, 1932. He graduated from Pine Bluffs High School before joining the Army. He was stationed in Korea during the war and worked with explosives. Charles W. Binning, 94, of Pine Bluffs, passed away at his home Monday morning, Oct. 26, 2015. Mr. Binning was born Dec. 6, 1920, in Earlville, Iowa, a son of the late Albert L. and Edythe M. (Hunt) Binning. Charles served in the United States Army during World War II as a 1st Lt. in the 325th Glider Infantry 82nd Airborne Division. Marilyn Ann Williams, 67, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Oct. 17, 2015, at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Ga. She succumbed to injuries she suffered as a result of a fall she endured on Sept. 30, 2015. Marilyn was born in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, Canada on Nov. 21, 1947, to Rev. Robert M. Richmond, 71, passed away at his home in Pine Bluffs on August 30, 2015. He was born in Cheyenne on July 30, 1944 to Merle and Edna Richmond. Raised in Pine Bluffs, he began working for LuVerne Gade in 1966 at the Frontier Truck Stop, and continued working there throughout its many name changes and ownerships, the last being the Sinclair Truck Stop. Ira Wyche Blackwell, III, was born Nov. 18, 1959, in Cheyenne. He passed away on July 3, 2015, in Tyler, Texas. Ira joined the Navy in 1980. He returned home after 12 years of service, spending most of his time on the USS Gridley 21. He moved to Colorado after his discharge, and was employed at a variety of places.
