Pine Bluffs had two players selected for this prestigious honor. Jaden Shelit, a junior at Pine Bluffs HS is one of the best players in the conference as chosen by the Wyoming Coaches Association.     All Conference selectees are the top ten players in each of the four conferences in Wyoming. Coaches for both the boys and girls from around the state vote on who they believe are the top ten players in a conference. The Pine Bluffs Hornets are in the Southeast Conference and both the boys and girls basketball team did very well in the results. All together they had nine players chosen.     The Burns Broncs headed off to Wheatland to face the Wheatland Bulldogs in the first game of the Regional Basketball Tournament for a chance to go to State. The Broncs had faced the Bulldogs twice before and had a 1-1 record. They were hoping to start the tournament off with a win against the Bulldogs but Wheatland had other plans.     The Lady Broncs started off the Regional Tournament facing the Wheatland Bulldogs. The two teams had met twice before with the Bulldogs coming out on top in both of the games.     The Pine Bluffs Hornets played the second game at state against the Sundance Bulldogs. The Bulldogs are longtime opponents of the Hornets and they met twice before this week.     The Burns/Pine Bluffs Wrestling team traveled to Wheatland to compete in the WHSAA 3A Southeast Quadrant Qualifier Meet on the February 16th.
