The Broncs coming off a loss to Alliance on Tuesday was looking to get back on the winning track against the Hornets.     The Broncs started the week off with a game against the 10-3 Alliance Bulldogs. The Broncs 3-4 came away with the loss to the stronger team 63 – 34.     Last Tuesday the Lady Broncs hosted the Alliance Lady Bulldogs. The 3-4 Broncs beat the Bulldogs by a score of 51 to 44. Added another win in the column but not one of their better games. Rylee Jo Ward (Junior) was a standout player hitting 11 of 28 field goals. The first half of the game was fairly close.     The Burns/Pine Bluffs wrestling team competed in the Torrington High School Quad Meet last week. They won 2 out of 3 matches. Laramie, Torrington, Saratoga and Burns/Pine Bluffs were the 4 teams that competed in the tournament. In the first match with Laramie, Burns/Pine Bluffs lost with a score of 45 to 33.     On January 8, the Pine Bluffs Hornets Boys basketball team played a double header against the Kaycee Buckaroos and the Sundance Bulldogs. Both games were close but the hard running Hornets fell short in both games. The Bulldogs overcame the Hornets by a score of 65 to 46. The Buckaroos beat them 54 to 50.
