    Pine Bluffs/Burns Cross Country hosted its inaugural meet in Burns on Friday, Sept. 4 after almost 16 years. The varsity girls race consisted of 21 runners with Pine Bluffs/Burns running a full team.     The restoration is complete on the several decades old archery range atop the bluffs, making it ready for use, said David Crouse, local archery instructor who undertook the project several weeks ago.
