The roster for the 2017 Shrine Bowl has been finalized and three local players will be taking part. Pine Bluffs senior Kyle Steger hopes to be flying like an Eagle after recently signing a letter of intent to play football for Chadron State College in Nebraska. "I'm pretty excited," said Steger.
