Pine Bluffs has a junior football league. This league is for fourth, fifth, and sixth graders that would like to learn how to play football. There are several schools in the local area including Kimball that have teams that compete. The coaches and all the teams get together to work our schedules and timings. The Burns Junior Varsity volleyball team played two games last week. Their first game was against the visiting Southeast Lady Cyclones and the second was against the Niobrara County Lady Tigers. The Lady Broncs were buck-in mad at their loss two days ago against Southeast and were going to take it out on the Tigers. The Burns Broncs Junior high football team brings home the championship. The Broncs junior high school football team are the 2022 South East Wyoming Athletic Conference (SEWAC) champions. The Pine Bluffs/Burns cross-country track team competed in their last regular season track meet in Cheyenne, Wyoming last Thursday. The Team competed in the Leroy Sprague Invite meet held at the Prairie View Golf Course. This is the last meet to fine tune their talents for regionals and state.
