Laramie County made its choice for president Tuesday, but it did not match up at all with the rest of the nation. If the rest of the county went the way of Laramie County Mitt Romney would be sworn into office in January after winning over 60 percent of the vote.
US Senator John Barrasso won his first, full six-year term and US Representative Cynthia Lummis beat her challenger for the states’ lone seat in the House.
Locally, Wayne Johnson retained his seat in the Wyoming State Legislature for Senate District 6. John Eklund was re-elected to his seat in House District 10.
